moich ulubionych. Mimo iż do przyrządzenia tego dania potrzeba
niewielu składników, całość wychodzi bardzo aromatyczna. A
jeśli fasolkę ugotujemy wcześniej przyrządzenie tego dania zajmie nam 15
min.
Czas
przygotowania: 30 min
Dieta:
vegańska, bezglutenowa
Składniki
0,5 kg
fasolki szparagowej
2
ząbki czosnku
kawałek
imbiru wielkości paznokcia
4
łyżki oleju sezamowego
4
łyżki sosu sojowego tamari
1
łyżeczka sezamu
1
łyżeczka curry
1/ 2 szklanki ryżu
jaśminowego
Przygotowanie
Następnie dodać fasolkę i całość dokładnie wymieszać. Zwiększyć mocno ogień i wlać sos sojowy.

Aromatic green beans in soy sauce
As
we have just the season for green beans, I decided to introduce a
recipe that is one of my favorites now. Although to cook this dish
you need only a few ingredients, all goes very aromatic. And if you
cook the beans previously it will take you 15 minutes to do the whole
dish.
Preparation
time: 30 minutes
Diet:
vegan, gluten-free
Ingredients
0.5
kg green beans
2
cloves garlic
piece
of ginger the size of a fingernail
4
tablespoons sesame oil
4
tablespoons tamari gluten-free soy sauce
1
teaspoon sesame
1
teaspoon curry
1/2 cup jasmine
rice
Preparation
- Peel the beans. Wash and cook in water or steamed until tender.
- In the meantime, prepare the rice. Rinse in a sieve under cold runing water until the water runs clear and cook coverd in a pot pouring 1.5 times more water than rice, and adding one teaspoon of curry. The rice is ready when all the water has evaporated. Don't mix the rice during the cooking and don't remove the lid!
- Garlic and ginger cut very finely.
- When the beans will be ready heat peanut oil in a non-stick wok. Add garlic and ginger and sti-fry for 5 minutes over medium heat. Then add the beans and mix thoroughly. Increase strongly the heat and pour soy sauce. Mix thoroughly. Leave for 3 minutes. Then do 3 more minutes, stirring constantly.
- In the bowl or on a plate arranged on one side rice, and on the other beans. Sprinkle the beans with sesame seeds.
